The Clermont London, Victoria Hotel

I loved the central location of Clermont, with easy access to Victoria Station. Our room had a huge, comfortable bed and a great breakfast selection. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. However, the room lacked natural light and storage space, and some areas needed improvement.

Wow! the location right next to the viktoria station is super convenient! the bed was so comfy, and the lovely big bathroom was a major plus. Only issue: staff rushing orders. 🌟

The hotel room was comfy and clean with a maternity pillow for my pregnant missus - a godsend! Staff were friendly and the location rocked for exploring. The complimentary mini-bar was a fab touch.👌 The bar was cozy but packed, had to share a table 'cause an empty attached room was off-limits - opening it up would've been mint for extra space! Overall, we loved the stay, just a teeny hiccup with the bar setup.

The building itself is beautiful and has a grand Victorian railway hotel charm. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is unbeatable, right outside Victoria Station. The staff is pleasant and went above and beyond. The bar and restaurant are great, offering a lovely full English breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near the hop on hop off bus stops.

What a great stay! The hotel's location in Victoria station was perfect for catching the Belmond Pullman on New Year's Eve and exploring central London's sights. The staff was attentive and friendly, and our room with access to the executive lounge was worth the extra cost. Delicious breakfast with perfect eggs included with the rate made it an excellent value.

Fantastic location right by Victoria station, making travel a breeze. Rooms are beautifully refurbished, with lovely surprises in the fridge. Check-in and out were smooth. Some minor room size and maintenance issues but overall a great stay. Would return for the convenient location and pleasant staff.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, with direct access to Victoria station. It's within walking distance to restaurants and Buckingham Palace. The rooms are small but adequate, with well-outfitted bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The breakfast options are good, and the dining room staff is helpful. the location and service provided by the hotel are exceptional.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as temperature control and missing amenities, but these were promptly addressed by the housekeeping staff.

The drawing room, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea or a drink, is a delight. As I sipped my tea, I felt like I was surrounded by 19th-century aristocracy, with lofty ceilings and delicate moulding that felt as intricate as lace. It was like stepping into a historical novel.

Although my stay at this venue was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I noticed that the staff in the restaurant weren't 'silver service' trained, and I would have liked to see linen on the tables in the evening for a hotel of this caliber.

The drawing room is a delight, with its lofty ceilings, delicate moulding, and white bird cages. The hotel's fitness centre provides a great range of equipment. I loved the complimentary refreshments in the room.

The surrounding area is just a parade of grumpy commuters and toe-stepping tourists.
